Had to write a testimonial about the staff at sunnybank car
sales. I bought a Volvo from them ages ago, when the car started to lose power
I called Ray, he said it was out of warranty period (which it was), but, if I
took the car to him on the Wednesday, he would get a mechanic to assess it for
me. He plugged a machine in it, which said low fuel pressure, but, he could not
repair it straight away so I took it to a local garage to me who also plugged
a machine in which narrowed the problem down to fuel rail pressure sensor. I phoned
Ray who found that these come with pipes & things & are about £250, he
also contacted a Volvo mechanic & explaind the fault. The Volvo mechanic
advised fitting a genuine Volvo fuel filter first, as it is critical, & dirty
fuel is not uncommon. Ray got me a filter at cost price & fitted it for
free. The car now runs sweet. Thanks Sunnybank. Tony
